Medellín
-Deliveries within the city of Medellín cost $10,500. If you are in the surrounding areas outside of Medellín, it costs $13,500.

-Deliveries are made the day after the purchase or two days later if there is a delay. The delivery route is from 8 am to 6 pm. We do not offer preferred delivery times. Please provide an address where the package can be received within that timeframe.

National
-National shipments cost $15,500 and have a delivery time of 1 to 4 business days, which may vary depending on your location. The shipping company will send the tracking number for your package via text message to the number you provided. If you do not receive it, you should write to us and we will send it to you.

Exchanges and Returns
We do not offer money refunds, but we do allow exchanges for sizes or garments, subject to availability. The customer must cover the cost of shipping or delivery in case of a size exchange. If the exchange is due to a defect in the garment, we will cover the shipping costs. *From the day your order arrives, you have two business days to request size changes or report defects. The garment must be in perfect condition, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and original packaging. After this period, no exchanges will be made, and exchanges for subsequent collections after your purchase will not be processed.

NOTE: Worn garments will not be exchanged! Let's avoid inconvenience.
